Info to Know

Expectations for time in the Building:

• Parents must sign into Lobby Guard in the atrium with a driver's license. Sign in as “visitor” if visiting a classroom or a “volunteer” if you are volunteering with the PTO or other special project.

• Visitors and volunteers must wear their sticker throughout the duration while on campus.

• Classroom visitors will be escorted to the classroom if necessary.

• Respect confidentiality.

• Be visible.

• Protect the learning environment. (Young children and babies should not accompany volunteers in order to avoid potential disruptions).

• Dress appropriately for the school setting.

• Anything heard, learned or seen concerning students must be kept confidential.

• Speak positively while volunteering or visiting in the school to help keep a positive learning environment.
