Volunteer

Volunteering or Visiting School Procedures

Parents must sign into Lobby Guard in the atrium with a driver's license. Sign in as “visitor” if visiting a classroom or a “volunteer” if you are volunteering with the PTO or other special project.
Visitors and volunteers must wear their sticker throughout the duration while on campus.
Classroom visitors will be escorted to the classroom if necessary.

Volunteer Expectations

Respect confidentiality.
Be visible.
Protect the learning environment. (Young children and babies should not accompany volunteers in order to avoid potential disruptions).
Dress appropriately for the school setting.
Anything heard, learned or seen concerning students must be kept confidential.
Speak positively while volunteering or visiting in the school to help keep a positive learning environment.
